- 24/7 continuous noise monitoring for the duration of qualifying construction
- Monitoring devices oriented toward the nearest residential or sensitive receptor
- A-weighted (dBA) sound measurements with Lmax values
- Automated data transmission to NYC DEP via public API (minimum hourly uploads)
- Monitoring that remains active until work is limited to interior or minimal-noise activities
