Specifically, I certify that the returned goods have not been exposed to: Toxic, hazardous, or dangerous chemicals and/or materials; Biological or infectious substances; Radiological testing processes. This certification is made with the understanding that the provision of false information may result in the rejection of the RMA request and could lead to potential legal action against me or my organization for any damages or liabilities that arise from the provision of inaccurate information. I understand that this certification is a prerequisite for the processing of the RMA request and that failure to comply with these conditions may result in the forfeiture of any rights to return or replace the goods in question.
